Workflow from requestion to the event

From the inquiry to the event - what actually happens behind the scenes when you send your inquiry?

We will of course be happy to answer this question for you and take you behind the scenes for a brief insight into our thoughts.

As soon as you click the send button, your request is on its direct way to our energetic sales team, who are also your first contact persons.

 

The sales team will get in touch with you, introduce themselves and respond to your details, wishes and ideas. We will then be happy to invite you to a joint inspection appointment and show you the desired premises. If you are convinced of us and the location, we will go into contract agreement directly. Of course, our colleagues are happy to consider any questions or requests at any time.

As soon as we were able to welcome you as a customer in our house, the colleagues from our sales team place your event in the competent hands of our event managers.

 

From then on, the event managers are your main contact for the planning, implementation and follow-up of your event. After an internal handover of the event, they will contact you and plan all further details together with you. For the implementation of your event, we will then pool our entire know-how again. With our colleagues from event logistics and technology, service and the in-house kitchen, your event will become a highlight for you and your guests. After the event, there is a joint feedback discussion with you and the event manager, if desired, in order to be able to discuss and evaluate your event afterwards.
