What is the planning package?

The planning package is our quality standard for every event.

It includes up to 7 hours of support from event management (meetings, phone calls, emails, and on-site support from event management or event management) as well as the use of our digital planning tools. Your usage is transparent and can be viewed in the DVP. Further information can be found in our FAQ. 

 

Why is there a planning package?

Our planning package ensures clear, structured, and stress-free event planning.

It ensures that you always have an overview, receive professional support, and that we can implement your event efficiently and reliably.

 

What is included in the planning package?

The planning package includes 7 hours of personal support from our event management team.

You can use this time flexibly—e.g., for meetings, phone calls, emails, or on-site support.

You also get access to:

- our digital event planner (DVP)

- the customer area

- a transparent progress bar that shows your current hourly usage

 

How can I keep track of my booked hours?

In the digital event planner, you can see at any time:

- how many support hours are included in total

- how many have already been used

- how much time is still available

This ensures that planning remains transparent and easy to manage at all times.

 

What happens if I need more support?

If you need additional support during planning or shortly before the event, further support hours can be booked flexibly.

This is coordinated easily and transparently in consultation with your event manager.

 

For which events is the planning package suitable?

The planning package is our quality standard and applies to all events—regardless of size or occasion.

Depending on the scope and complexity of your event, we tailor the support to your individual needs.

 

Do I have to take care of everything myself?

No.

Our event management team will guide you professionally through the entire planning process and support you exactly where you need it – digitally, personally, and on site.

 

How is support for multi-day events calculated?

Seven hours of support are included per event.

For each additional day of the event, two hours of support are added.

The current number of hours used can be viewed at any time in the DVP.
