Staff times

How are the operating times billed and can you bring your own staff?

Staff will only be charged according to actual working hours, but at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after the start / end of the event. Depending on the number of guests, we require a minimum number of staff in order to provide the best possible service for you and your guests and to meet our quality standards.

For this reason, we do not accept staff brought in by yourself in the security, bar and service area. Our quality standards, the walkways, the handling of equipment and furniture, as well as the dismantling will be severely impaired by self-brought personnel.
