Buffet events
- 1 service manager, this is already 2 hours before the start of the event on site
- for every 20 guests there is 1 service person, who is already on site 1.5 hours before the start of the event
- at the 030 Eventloft there is always 1 service person in addition to the above mentioned staffing ratio
Menu events
- 1 service manager and 1 event manager, the service manager is already on site 2.5 hours before the start of the event
- there is 1 service staff per 10 guests, 50% of them are already on site 2 hours before the start of the event
- the service staff "menu" and the remaining 50% of the service staff are already on site 1.5 hours before the start of the event
Flying Service
- the minimum booking is 4 hours
- there is 1 waiter per 10 guests
Bar staff
- for the booking of the Classic and the Longdrink package a bartender is available
- for the booking of the cocktail package a barkeeper is available additionally
- events up to 75 persons have 1 barman or 1 bartender
- for events with more than 75 persons, 2 bar staff are available, 1 bartender should be included in the booking of a cocktail package
Security personnel
- for an evening event with more than 200 guests, the booking of security personnel is obligatory
- if the number of guests exceeds 300, a security guard will be booked at our expense, who will then be available for the entire house
Toilet staff
- from 150 guests we recommend to plan an additional toilet service (19,50€ per hour)
- if there are 250 guests in the house, we book an additional toilet staff at our expense
Checkroom attendant
- if a checkroom attendant is required, this can be booked individually in addition
- the checkroom attendant is already on site 0.5 hours before the event until 0.5 hours after the event
Logistics
- Logisticians are always booked for 5 hours
- 1 logistician always overlaps with the service manager
- for the 2C Spreequartier, the Capitol Yard Golf Lounge and the Ultimo room 2 logisticians are booked and for the 030 Eventloft 3 logisticians are booked
- for free wedding ceremonies an additional logistician will be booked
Personnel for dismantling
- the service manager is on site until 2 hours after the end of the event
- 1 bar staff and 1 service staff are on site until 2 hours after the end of the event (depending on the size of the event, several service staff are also on site for dismantling)
