      External catering

      There is also the option of hiring an external catering company for your event. The commissioning of an external catering company is linked to special requirements for the catering company, which you can find in our "Information sheet for external food catering". You will receive this directly from your event manager.

      The following points apply when booking an external caterer:

      1. For the organization, provision of the production areas and buffet tables including table linen, we charge a flat rate of €750.00 net.

      2. an extra area/room must be reserved for the preparation of the food. Unfortunately, we do not rent out our kitchen.

      3. Equipment such as plates, cutlery and chafing dishes can be booked at an additional cost

      4. With BBQs, it is important to ensure that the grill can only run on gas or electricity. Unfortunately, charcoal grills are not permitted.
