Delivery and collection of conference material

Deliveries in advance are possible. This must be communicated to your event manager to ensure that the material can be received. Depending on the volume of the delivery, we charge a flat-rate fee of €50.00 net.

Please note your event number and your contact person / event manager on every shipment.

Delivery/collection may take place at the earliest/at the latest two days before/after the event. We will charge you a net storage fee of €25.00 per day of delay.
